REGISTRATION FEE €575

THIS FEE COVERS ALL WORKSHOPS AND SITE VISITS AND IS VALID UNTIL THE 20.11.2011

A 5% SURCHARGE WILL BE ADDED FOR REGISTRATIONS BETWEEN THE 21.11.2011 AND 31.12.2011

MALTA is a very attractive destination for Conferences and April is high season in this respect so we need to have an early registration to secure the event.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
You will receive the confirmation of registration via Email. Your payment status with the bank will be checked within one week after your Registration Application email is received. Confirmation of Payment will be sent to you via Email.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the Secretariat office of the 25th Expressive Arts Spring Symposium 2012 @ exartmalta@gmail.com. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded until the 29th February, 2012. No fees will be refunded for cancellations on or after the 1st March 2012.

All refunds will be processed after the Symposium has concluded.
